Just wanted to drop you a line to say how impressed I was with senior support worker Dave X on Friday. I though his consideration towards XX was evident and how he supported XX's answers without putting words in his mouth was very positive. He strikes me as an "enabler" and it was really pleasing to see the trust that XX obviously has in him.
Having seen - my uncle a couple of times at the care home, I am very happy to see how well looked after he is. He would certainly complain if he wasn't happy, thank you for the good work
XX has lived at L------ for nearly two years & a number of staff have worked with him, I would just like to say what a fantastic bunch they are. My main concern with XX was his behaviour problems and how other people would cope. All the staff with no exceptions have been great. They have done an excellent job. (Better than us) XX has noticeably matured thanks to you all.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank those at Shared Approach Ltd. but in particular yourself for being such an inspiration for me personally. Your passion for helping the learning disabled and patience when listening to their individual problems has set a high benchmark for us to emulate. I am indebted to you for all the good advice over the years and I hope to put it to good use in making the world a little fairer and better place.
