Support is only ever as good as the staff who deliver it, therefore Shared Approach management have always strived for quality staff. But how can you do this?

Well, we look for a sound values base, qaulity, flexibility, character and an underatanding of equality and disability issues.

Once this is done, we constantly observe and support them - check out our 'recruitment' section to understand the process. Service users are actively encouraged to be involved in who works for them. After all, its they who receive this support. They ask the interviewee questions of their choice and assess whether that person meets their needs and whether they like them or not.
